We Design, Manufacture, Supply, Erection and Commissioning Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) on Turnkey basis for various types and natures of wastewaters, effluents which combines advanced physico-chemical treatment processes with tertiary polishing system for the removal of organic, inorganic, oil and grease, heavy metals & suspended solids. With the presence of abundant industry, there is increment of compounds of heavy metals and synthesized organic compounds into water causing its pollution. It is adding some 10,000 new organic compounds each year. Further, with the technological changes taking place in manufacturing process has resulted into more addition of compounds discharge. Conventional waste water treatment process is not efficient to treat the polluted water. Generally effluent treatment plant is required for pharma industries , factories etc. We have been awarded with a project for DIC in Dubai Jabel Ali UAE. The project is treatment of highly hazardous chemical waste water treatment. The COD is 95000 mg/L. All parameters are on the higher side because of chemical contamination since it is waste water collected from several industries and brought to the CETP for treatment. The secondary treatment consist of MBBR, UASBR etc and territory treatment comprises of UF , RO , solar water pond Evaporation of reject water .
